1. Services Provided

Leaftract Cleaning LLC operates a modernized residential cleaning referral platform connecting clients with independent cleaning service providers.

2. Text Messaging & SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages from Leaftract Cleaning LLC regarding your bookings, appointments, account updates, and customer support inquiries.

 

Program Description: SMS communications include booking confirmations, cleaner arrival updates, service completion notices, and customer care follow-ups.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity and inquiries.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message confirming your unsubscription.

Help Instructions: If you experience issues or need assistance, text HELP in response to any message or contact our support team directly.

Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lock-Out Policy

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service window.

Late Cancellation / Lock-Out Fees: If a service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the cleaning provider is unable to access the property upon arrival (e.g., incorrect entry code, locked doors), a cancellation or lock-out fee may apply.

4. Service Scope & Exclusions

Our referred service providers perform standard residential cleaning tasks. Unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to service, cleaning scope excludes:

  • Handling or cleanup of hazardous materials, biohazards, or pest infestations.
  • Heavy lifting or moving of furniture exceeding 30 lbs.
  • Exterior window cleaning above ground level.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any area of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work promptly with you and the service provider to address and resolve your concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leaftract Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
